The brain-child of two local women, Scarlet Osborne and Heidi Murphy, El Segundo has built a top notch team to deliver its world-class food and cocktail menu including:

SCARLET OSBORNE – Managing Partner
Scarlet boasts a 25-year international hospitality career working in every aspect of the bar and restaurant industry, most recently as Director of Operations for the Cambie Malone’s Group. She is excited about getting back to the customer facing side of hospitality.

HEIDI MURPHY – Managing Partner
Heidi is a renowned culinary artist who has worked in a variety of creative culinary positions from charcutier to private chef for high-end clients at a recording studio – where she was featured on MTV for her work.

JASON LAIDLAW – Consulting Partner
Jason is a former manager at the award-winning Shameful Tiki Room in Vancouver. Jason has delivered an on-point cocktail program full of the classics plus fresh, tropical tipples.
